Dr Smith made me feel very calm and reassured me. He listened and explained treatments in detail and answered my questions in an understanding and friendly manner.

Dr Smith has been looking after me and I appreciate his style of going slowly and step by step to find out what exactly is wrong with me. He has spent time explaining it to me and even though I find it slightly over whelming I do have total confidence in him.
