It is now two weeks since I underwent APC at the Royal Free Hospital and I am enjoying full relief from what had become a nightmare situation. I am so thankful for your skill and knowledge in bringing my difficulties to an end. I only wish I'd found him sooner!

Each time that I have come into your unit for check-ups or procedures, I have been amazed by the warmth, care and good atmosphere of the department. I want to say thank you for always easing the experience with your careful approach. I always feel that I understand what is going on and appreciate the sense of team-work around you. I am truly thankful for your skill and warmth.
