Dr Reffitt is courteous and explained all necessary details about the procedure and the implication of the results. He also quickly took charge of a secondary issue which presented itself during the investigation.

After being let down by the NHS twice for my operation I decided to pay privately and my consultant recommended Dr Reffitt. I met him at London Bridge Hospital on the day of my operation and he fully explained the procedure, informed me of any risks and completely put me at ease. In the operating theatre he again explained what was going to happen and I had full confidence in him. The operation was a complete success and when I came round again Dr Reffitt explained all had gone well and told me what he had done. Checked I was okay and handed me over to the recovery nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Reffitt as a professional, caring and very competent surgeon. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me.
