I had a Zoom meeting with Dr Heaton yesterday evening and he was very informative and reassuring. Dr Heaton provided a speedy response to the photographs that I emailed over for analysis and proposed a clear treatment plan. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of having my first ever consultation via zoom with Dr Heaton and it couldn't have gone better. Dr Heaton put me at ease as soon as the call started. He was extremely pleasant and patient whilst listening to me explain my issue. I didn't feel rushed and I really feel like I'm now on the right path to a solution. Would highly recommend!

The consultation with Dr Heaton was very informative and reassuring. He offered a full explanation and a suggested course of treatment.

The virtual consultation was very helpful and it meant I didn't have to drive and wait e.t.c. This is a great example of technology being put to earth friendly use. Dr Heaton was patient, friendly and informative and I feel confident about having the procedure.

Dr Heaton phoned me exactly at the agreed time. Photos of my nose requested, and Dr Heaton phoned me back shortly after receiving them. The news that the lump may well be a BBC came as a bit of a shock, but the treatment plan was clearly explained to me and was reassuring.

I had a consultation via Zoom with Dr Heston which went really well. Dr Heston let me explain what it was exactly that I had contacted Spire for, and he explained what the procedure would be, asked if I had any worries or concerns about the procedure, and what the aftercare would entail. He was very informative, made me feel at ease and made me feel very reassured about how simple the surgery would be. The whole conversation was very positive and I’m glad it was Dr Heston I spoke to!
