My diagnostic and treatment-planning consultations with Dr Spencer-Smith for injuries sustained through running have been the epitome of the doctor-patient experience. She is warm, charming, totally thorough, highly expert, intelligent, subtle and careful. She is also able to clearly and succinctly explain and demystify her diagnoses which immediately lessens all anxieties and makes the experience an active collaboration towards wellness rather than a confusing and cold experience. In addition to these aspects Dr Spencer-Smith's clinic runs with gratifying punctuality and efficiency and with the benefit of highly responsive and helpful administrative staff. All in all a really excellent experience.
