Dr Jacobs has provided such an excellent service. He was considerate and used foresight to get an X-ray for the possible symptoms described prior to the consultation to make the prognosis more efficient and with evidentary support. He took his time to really understand the issues that my son was suffering, reassuring about any concerns we have had. His positive, yet calm manner allows him to engage and communicate effectively with both parents and children. He was also able to see us within 24 hours of calling, so we appreciate his flexibility and desire to help.
