Thorough and brilliant Doctor who goes above and beyond

Dr Benjamin was very diligent in his assessment of our little daughter and took great care in making sure he's not missing any detail before his diagnostic. I was really impressed by his way of working. I highly recommend him.

Other than Dr Jacobs arriving about an hour late for our pre booked appointment, everything else was fine. He was very thorough and made us feel comfortable by explaining reasons for his questions and he arranged for the follow up blood test and MRI to be carried out within a couple of hours the same day which was much appreciated. He was very quick to come back to us with details of the results from the blood tests and MRI which helped alleviate our concerns. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Dr Jacob services.

Dr Jacobs has been our paediatrician for both little girls (2-4) since they were infants. He has administered immunisations and general health checks but more importantly he has always made himself available and taken any of our concerns, from seasonal virus’ to X-rays, with utmost care and seriousness. While we sometimes feel like we are too eager to engage with the doctor, he never makes us feel like any inquiry is too menial and takes honest and genuine care with both of our girls. His staff are prompt and easy to communicate with and are just a call or text away.

Our daughter was happy as Dr Jacobs played with her rather than just consulting her.

Dr Jacobs is a lovely gentle man who put my 11 year old son at ease. He took great time to talk to us not only about the condition we had been referred to him for. But all other aspects of my sons life leading us to explore some other potential underlying conditions. An extremely thorough consultation. I couldn't recommend him enough

I have brought my son to see Dr Jacobs on many different occasions and each time Dr Jacobs has been very professional, reassuring, informative and friendly. He always takes the time to explain things and I have never felt rushed despite usually having several questions. My son (10 month old) is always is very calm when being examined by Dr Jacobs too. I am very thankful for knowing such a great doctor especially being a first time mum and would highly recommend him.
