I can’t tell you how great it is was to meet a doctor that will take the time to explain everything in detail to our son before doing any procedure. He suffers from acute anxiety and your professional approach and kindness towards him lead him to be examined with no stress at all. I was amazed.

In short, we are absolutely delighted with your expertise and your kind, approachable, humorous manner. Firstly it was fantastic to be called by you in person and be seen so quickly. This really put our minds at rest as well as Anna’s herself. Every step was well explained in a friendly manner taking the fear of the tests. The consultation was a very pleasant experience from the moment we walked in the Hospital. The nursing staff were friendly and courteous. The consultation itself was fantastic. You were attentive and took really good care to make my son and myself feel comfortable and welcome in your rooms. It was not rushed through and you took time and care to make sure he was thoroughly examined. A great experience overall.

We were very happy with your services including greeting us all and feeling welcome, explanating of why the area of our daughter’s lips gets blue (one of our concerns) and trying to understand the bigger picture of our families’ medical history before proceeding to the actual ECHO test regardless we had a referral letter from our GP, this made us feel reassured with your services. And thank you for being so gentle and understanding when our baby was fussing. We would highly recommend you to people we know.
