Dr Humphries was very patient and took as much time as was required in advance to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had, ensured the correct sedation was given so that I was comfortable throughout and explained what was happening both during the procedure and afterwards and then showed and explained to me a copy of his report before I was discharged.
