This is the second time I have had a telephone consultation with Dr. Dipesh Mistry and the first time he called me during the lockdown I was so stressed and I couldn’t sleep because I was suffering from insomnia, depression, forgetfulness, headaches and tearful; I was all over the place. And it felt like life wasn’t worth living. But when he called me he took his time to talk to me for about over 30 minutes and assured and encouraged me to continue the sleep hygiene and take my medication. I did as he said. He really boosted my confidence and I encouraged myself as he did advise me to. Dr. Misty is a gentleman; kind, calm has good listening skills and empathy. I thought after I was moved to him from the previous consultant I really thought that was the end of me but he has built my confidence and sleep has improved.
