Dr Mistry & his team have been friendly caring and the course they run was life changing. Following on from the course my sleep went from 4 hours to 7 hours. The course was really well run & the care from everyone was excellent. I can not recommended enough.

I had a great session with Dr Mistry. After years of struggling with anxiety and depression I feel after just a few minutes that I am so much more well equipped to deal with these huge challenges. He is really clear, kind and thoughtful in his approach.
