Dr Phillips came out of his room to greet me which l thought was nice start. He had a very gentle approach. He was sympathetic and gave me plenty of time to talk. l didn’t feel rushed. He explained his findings in-depth but at times l got lost with the technical medical terms. I would definitely see him again but find the confidence to ask for further clarification.
