The definition of benevolence, Mr. Nikkhah is a genuine expert in his field. I had decided not to have more surgeries on my wrist as I felt it would not get better, and to be honest, I felt hopeless, but boy was I wrong. I remember the day I met Mr. Nikkhah, he was so patient and empathetic, and after discussing my case, I knew I wanted him as my surgeon. He kept me abreast with the plans for the surgery, explained in language that made me feel comfortable, and put my best interest first. I recall the lead-up to the surgery; I was so anxious yet excited as I was confident I was in the best hands and that the outcome would be extraordinary. On the day of the surgery, I recollect crying because I was very emotional and reflected on the obstacles I had to face because of my wrist injury and the inadequacies of international doctors who contributed to my impairment. Mr. Nikkhah visited me while I was waiting to see if I was comfortable and if I had any last-minute queries. He exuded such calm, consoling, and sincerity. I've had surgeries before but never felt as safe and content about a procedure. Simply put, he is the BEST! Mr. Nikkhah and his staff checked on me following surgery and were incredibly kind and helpful. The support I received from the team before and after the procedure is indescribable, and his secretary Catherine is outstanding. I will always be grateful to Mr. Nikkhah, and if you are considering using his services, I can assure you will not be disappointed. Every physician should be like Mr. Nikkhah; he has a way of making you feel at ease and is a true professional who upholds his duty to care for his patients. A previous consultant I visited said it was not possible to remove the smaller of the four pilar cysts and he was also unnecessarily abrupt and patronising. Mr Nikkhah couldn’t have been more different. A fantastic and friendly manner. Exceeded all expectation in doing the procedure then and then. An absolutely fantastic job - removing all the cysts (one of which I was previously told couldn’t be removed) and without having to cut or shave any of my hair. All other consultations needed my hair to be short and to shave the areas. The job was done so well … tiny incisions you cannot even see through my hair. I also hardly felt the anaesthetic injections. I couldn’t rate him more highly and have already told a friend to consult him for a mole removal from her face. Great friendly manner, his advice was very clear and I was totally informed throughout, excellent skill and did a great job! Couldn’t recommend more.

Mr Nikkhah was fantastic , gave great care from start to finish including aftercare . Gave reassurance and informed me on every stage of my procedure which ended with the result I needed . I can not recommend him highly enough !

Dr Nikkhah has an impeccable bedside manner and seems to know exactly what you want during consultation, and does exactly what he says he will. I wish I had done this years earlier; the process was comfortable and far less stressful than I’d imagined as I felt so comfortable in Dr Nikkhah’s experienced hands.
