Cristian gave me extremely helpful advice which was tailored to my specific needs

The amazing support I've received is one of the main factors behind my life transforming. My gut and bowel health are in a far better place than they were 6 months ago and I feel more balanced and in control of my life. Christian looked at me as a whole person and suggested a whole variety of simple and practical natural tips on food and lifestyle which is so refreshing as often medical professionals first port of call is medication or strange fad foods. He has an open and friendly style which made it very easy to talk with him and share ideas. He has an enthusiastic personality and the positive recognition of the changes I'd been making really helped.

Cristian is so friendly and easy to talk to even about poo which lets face it is constantly on every Coeliac's mind! I have been a Coeliac since 1996 and seen a dietitian once. I very rarely get asked about my Coeliac disease by the number of other health professionals I see but I feel it is at the core of my wellbeing. Cristian's advice has been sensible, straightforward and eminently easy to put into practice. In just a short time I feel I have much more understanding of my own body which of course has created a huge improvement in how I feel on a daily basis. I cannot recommend Cristian highly enough.
