Very competitive doctor, she listen to the patient, ask questions and you feel comfortable because she approached the patient in a easy way to understand about the problem the patient is having. Well spoken lady and give you the time to explain the reason why you are there .

On seeing Mrs Freeman at the IHG for a consultation, I found she explained the procedure very clearly. I was given leaflets to read which I found helpful. On having my procedure all was explained, which put me at ease. Had to get in contact a couple of times and was given advice over the phone. Post Op went well, again she answered any queers I had.

Mrs.Freeman is an approachable professional who,whilst telling you how it is,does so with humour and courtesy. Her embroidery skills are excellent as my foot has little indication that surgery has taken place. Her clear down to earth guidance both written and verbal for a post recovery are clear and easy to follow.
