Charlie came into working with our elite Englnd Powerchair Football players in 2012 and up until this day makes a REAL difference to the squad. Not only treating players for injuries but massively increasing their awareness of the requirements to undertake relevant warm up routines in line with their specific disabilities.

I was having issues with my knee but didn't know what was wrong, I went to see Charlie and straight away he told me I’d taken a ligament in my knee. I had the operation within weeks and I went to Charlie for my recovery, he gave me a clear and easily manageable plan. He also helped me with my diet in my recovery as I wasn’t able to be active, without Charlie’s help, support and advice I would never have recovered from my injury. Would 100% recommend him to anyone who was in a similar position to me.
