It was a good experience, I felt I needed to prompt checking my Lymphnodes due to concerns of the ear issue potentially being connected to a recent cancer diagnosis which led to my thyroid being removed. I am slightly unclear on the pain I am still experiencing in my left ear which I perhaps should have asked around. Clinic ran very late due to the room being unavailable.

Mr Huins was extremely welcoming, put me at ease instantly, explained/talked me through everything in simple terms and helped to educate on the situation. He was very polite & kind and I didn’t feel rushed. Very personable. I would say this is the best experience I have had of this kind.

I visiting Mr Huins to discuss a very annoying ear issue. Mr Huins was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and in as much detail as needed. He promptly solved the issue I was having and even conducted a hearing test which I wasn't expecting but was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to see Mr Huins again should the need arise.
