First time I was seen by Dr Chantal , my nearest Dentist. It was absolutely great treatment which I ever seen in my past 74 years. Staff , Receptionist and everyone was very polite and helpful.

Dr. Burgess' friendly and calm demeanour immediately put me at ease...especially since I was having a wisdom tooth extraction. The explanation she provided prior to the procedure was clear and thorough and the extraction itself was both smooth and painless - something I've rarely experienced with other dentists to be honest. If you're worried, don't be because you're in safe hands with Dr. Burgess.

Dr. Burgess was very kind and explained everything in advance - she made the tooth extraction procedure as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Chantal is excellent at engaging and communicating with my teenage children, she explains things very well and gave my teenage daughter the confidence to agree to have an injection prior to a filling which has been a big step forward.

Dr Chantal Burgess was extremely professional from the moment I was taking through from the reception area. I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. Dr Chantal’s explanation of the process I was having was broken down step by step so I fully understood exactly what treatment I was having done, making sure I was comfortable and reassured. Before the procedure had even started I had good confidence in Dr Chantal! Throughout the procedure Dr Chantal kept asking if I was okay and comfortable. The entire procedure went extremely smooth, no pain or discomfort. Local Anesthetic was not painful at all and was done extremely well! The treatment I had was an extraction (removal) of an impacted wisdom tooth which was putting pressure onto the tooth next to it. I am extremely fussy when it comes to choosing the right dentist and I am so glad that I had been seen by Dr Chantal. As a medical professional myself, bedside manners, empathy and professionalism towards patients goes a long way and makes one feel not only at ease but reassured that they are in good hands. I will most certainly be recommending people and patients to Dr Chantal!
