Really listened to what I had to say with regards to what my problems were. My wife and I had been having issues with getting pregnant and main issue was sperm quality. After 2 years of trying different idea and techniques from the internet nothing worked. I was referred to Dr Wiltsher by a friend. She recommended something called the elimination diet and also some supplements. 3 months down the line my sperm quality has gone from almost impotent to everything within the normal range.

During my first appointment Dr Wiltsher explained the approach of functional medicine and made it a free space to talk about what problems I wanted to address. She was very knowledgable about research related to my condition I wanted treating and explained it to me in such a human way. She followed up my appointment with a very detailed treatment plan that was easy to follow and understandable.

Dr Wiltsher is obviously a very knowledgeable medic who is looking at the body as a whole which I feel is the way forward for healthcare. She is very easy to talk to and makes it easy to share personal issues which is so important if you want to get the most out of the consultation. She provides a supportive and empathic space whilst being extremely informative.

Dr. Wiltshire was very informative and helped me understand what I needed to do next to improve my fertility. We discussed in depth my current lifestyle and exposure to toxins etc. I’ve been following the elimination diet to help reset my body and balance my hormones in preparation for ivf & within days I noticed a positive difference in how I felt. The eczema on my hand cleared up after 7 days which I’ve had, on and off, for over a year. We discussed vitamins and supplements, organising what I needed vs what I didn’t. Dr Wiltshire was kind and listened to my concerns with empathy and compassion.

I was so impressed. Dr Wiltsher was very professional, and obviously very knowledgeable, whilst at the same time, exuding, warmth and friendliness. I felt comfortable with her and found it easy to answer her questions, and share my concerns and problems. She was very clear, and took time to let me absorb the information she was giving me. I didn’t feel rushed, and she made me feel completely at ease. I’m so glad that I made the decision to consult her, and since following her advice and treatment, my quality of life has steadily improved out of all recognition from where I was previously.

Dr Wiltsher was very warm and welcoming, talking through the reasoning and explanations around her diagnosis very clearly. I was provided a guide that made sure the process was easy to follow and Dr Wiltsher was always available for any questions I had.
