Again, no support, just lecturing. When I asked for help, I was just told to speak to a hygienist rather than bring given an opportunity for practical support during my appointment.

Dr. Billie's supportive manner has helped me to lessen my anxiety when I come for treatment. She explains my treatment plan very clearly and is competent in what she does.

Billie is always polite and friendly and very good at explaining everything that is happening in my mouth as we go along the process of sorting my 'old'teeth out. I'm very happy going to see her.

She explained to me that if something is bothering me after my consultation I could always ring up and she'll see me as soon as possible.

Extremely good dentistry by my dentist. Thank you! I felt back to normal after just a couple of hours as if nothing had happened, despite having a deep filling. Reception excellent as well. Good advice given until my next visit in 6 months time.
