A wonderful customer experience, as always. All Covid precautions are being taken, with staff wearing masks, screens between chairs in the waiting area, chairs cleaned every time someone sits on them etc. Reception staff are pleasant and friendly. And Mr Rughani is 1) incredibly attentive 2) just a thoroughly decent guy (I have been going to Visioncare since I was a kid, and he always says it's nice to see me, asks how I am, and - sadly - talks about Arsenal with me). I can't fault the customer experience and highly recommend Visioncare to anyone looking to book an appointment.
