Fabulous, comprehensive, understanding

My experience of this organisation is that everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. In terms of medical expertise and knowledge it has been magnificent.

All my consultations have been online and once I was able to get the correct connection it has been really easy. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it has been such a relief to talk to someone who understands and doesn’t think you are going mad ! Treatment has been carefully monitored through blood tests with follow up consultations, and with tweaking here and there, I feel like me again, if not better. I can’t recommend the Women’s Hormone Clinic highly enough.

I have been listened to and taken seriously. Ginny makes me feel that my health and wellbeing are important to her. Everything has been simple and straightforward.

It was good to have various recommendations to try to deal with these issues and follow up appointments to check if they were working or not.
