Eventhough the EVLA procedure sounds scary, it was the best experience I could have. I didn’t feel pain at all, and the staff dealt with my extreme anxiety on a very kind way. I can’t thank enough for Dr. Omar and his team for treating me.

Received extremely friendly and informative service through the whole process; from initial contact over email and phone, to the consultation and procedure. The staff at the clinic were very helpful and kept me updated on cancellations meaning I could have my procedure before the original scheduled date. Although the procedure wasn’t successful on the first attempt (I had two veins removed from my forehead), I understand that it is a fairly new procedure and so required marginal refinements to work seamlessly. Would definitely recommend the Whiteley Clinic to anyone interested in vein treatments.

Very good team, made experience barely uncomfortable! I felt very safe in Paul & Tim’s hands - very professional with great ‘bedside manner’. Nursing team were efficient, coordinated and reassuring- if you can I would make ( from a patient’s perspective) Andreea permanent!
