I was treated well by every member of the team that I met. Time was given to explain what could be done to help with my condition. I was also afforded time to ask questions concerning potential treatments available for my condition. I left feeling satisfied with the care given me by the consultant, Mr Hindley and his supporting staff.

My visits to the Prostate Centre have been consistently excellent. Aside from the professionalism of the physician, Mr Christian Brown, the nurses in particular are to be commended for their ability to empathise with patients who are undergoing prostate related treatments and investigations.

An excellent service. I felt supported and listened to for the first time in months.

Pros: Great Consultant, Doctors and care. Cons: Ultrasound Room -- in urgent need of Mechanical and/or Natural Ventilation, none was visible.

All first class except for reception who failed to notify my Consultant and nurse appointments that I had arrived 20 min early which caused a delay of nearly an hour.

Receptionist not welcoming - other staff great

An excellent centre - had my consultations and there and catheter removal. Staff always great and would throughly recommend
