Appointment was on time, environment was clean, all staff very friendly

Welcomed with friendliness and taken at the appointed time. Appointment was carried out with a friendly and caring manner with the surgeon, who was genuinely concerned about the outcome of my operation. Thanks for all you did for me.

I had to have a camera up my nose and down into my throat, I was dreading it really, reliving the times of how uncomfortable covid tests from your nostrils was. In fact when I went their Dr McCaul sprayed a little spray up each nostril which I hardly felt, in fact it was such a small spray puff I wondered, would it actually work, honestly I only felt a slight tickle, on the outside of my nostril, I could not feel the camera or tube in my nose or throat at all, so the little puff spray was mighty, praise the Lord! the result was even better nothing sinister at all. I came out elated.

On arrival clinic was easy to find and parking onsite.Clean and welcoming. Receptionist was very pleasant and professional .Waiting area clean and comfortable. Was seen almost straight away staff and consultant very reassuring explaining procedures available. Highly recommend.
