Have been visiting London Diabetes Centre for more than 1 year now always very good service and friendly staff never had any issues

Check in was terrible . Receptionist did not engage with me . She gave up after looking for my name and date of birth. She passed the buck to the upstairs receptionist who I offered my information and she repeatedly said if I was on the list I was on the list . Which meant I sat in the wrong area and 30 minutes later the nurse came to fetch me. There was no smooth check in and no initiative to be helpful and to findout why she did not find me. Downstairs receptionist was impatient and didn’t want to be stuck with me.

Every aspect of my experience was commendable! I have nothing but praises for everyone involved in providing this service, which was efficient, polite, highly qualified and very effective. It inspired confidence in the London Medical and the staff - all working together to enhance one's well being. Thank you.
