Excellent everything

Highly recommend, all staff members are very professional, very friendly and make you feel comfortable whilst you are in their care.

I have stayed in the Lister Hospital twice in the past 6months and received excellent care in both times. The most impressive thing about the hospital was how clean it is during the Covid outbreak. Members of the staff in this hospital routinely receive twice/week Covid test and any in-patient will be tested too before check-in. This gave me massive reassurance. All staff in the hospital were attentive and have excellent eyes for details. A La Car menu with plenty choices and delicious. If I have to pick on anything - some agency temp staff seemed needing more training before working in the wards. Eg I was helped by one of the Agency nurses, who was not familiar with how my bed works & how the room cooling system works, she ended up bringing her colleague to help. But this did not spoil my overall experience. Excellent hospital!
