First class in attention to detail and training and attitude of the kind staff

I was left waiting in reception for 2.5 hours with no explanation. I had to keep chasing the staff. I have written to the Chief Executive at the Lister but am still waiting a reply! I was then rushed into surgery. Not settling and quite upsetting

I have been in the Lister in many occasions both as an out patient and an inpatient. It started off very well indeed, went through a rough phase 3-5 years ago, but is now back to excellence.

Convenient hospital for follow-ups. I was a little disappointed that the Lister send me home without painkillers due to the internal pharmacy being shut. A little forward planning for patients is very easy to do and would avoid unnecessary issues.
