Lovely calm clean hospital. Staff were all so welcoming and friendly.

I was very happy to be referred to the Holly hospital as the service was amazing. I was seen to very quickly on the 3 times i visited the hospital and everybody that saw me looked after me very well.

Very comfortable in a private room. Food was excellent (although I wish the tea bag had been in a more conspicuous place!). The water in the teapot was cold before I found the bag! Nursing staff very kind and understanding as was the Pharmacist. No complaints at all.

Parking payment a nightmare, very confusing and made me late. Had to wait 30mins for my appointment which is not helpful when you are nervous. Very busy waiting room, more then was the case years ago. Some reception staff were on the verge of rudeness. Not impressed.

Good experience overall. Getting a parking ticket on every other visit is a pain but reception do get them sorted for you eventually.

The play area for children could been clean down more often.

All my visits to The Holly have been of the highest standard. The staff are courteous and I have never had to wait long. The building is spotless and everyone is very welcoming. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
