I was able to make an appointment quickly and instructions were clear about how to get there and what to do in preparation for the session.

It was an online appointment so cleanliness does not apply. i only waited a few minutes as the dietician was a few minutes late for the appointment. Otherwise, all was ok - I have sent separate comments to Catherine at the clinic.

I had a great 1st session with Lucy. I am glad I booked a face to face as felt I could share all my issues easily. Lucy was so well informed that anything I said she knew about and understood. But also gave me lots of helpful suggestions and a plan of action that was much needed.

I had my appointment via zoom which was fantastic as I live a long way from London. Plenty of times to choose from and Catherine was so helpful with all the bookings. Lucy K is my specialist and she immediately put me at ease and came up with a plan to help me. I feel really confident that I can sort my gut health out after years of failing.
