I was treated courteously, promptly, and professionally at all times. The doctors and nurses showed great care which inspired trust and confidence in their skills and projected outcomes.

I cannot understand why my straight forward sebaceous cyst removal needed to be done at this hospital when I have previously had the procedure performed at Gp surgery? I feel that a ridiculous amount of money has been wasted by the NHS. I was referred by my GP. I had to attend a consultation with a consultant. Then booked in as a day patient. I had a private room which was very nice but unnecessary. I have lost count how many staff took care of my needs. My appointment was 10.10am. I was left waiting till 2pm! Apparently schedule was changed but the staff had forgotten I was still waiting as they had not been informed of the change. I was then taken to theatre with again a ridiculous amount of staff for such a small procedure. I was provided with a taxi home due to the fact I was there so long. More money wasted. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I think far too much money is being wasted and management needs to seriously consider this. I am very grateful for the service but as I have said earlier this was a straight forward procedure. Did it really need that much expense?

Very friendly, welcoming and informative

I found the whole experience from reception to initial assessment through to post operative care all excellent from friendly and experienced staff and doctors.

10/10 staff were friendly & attentive they made me feel relaxed as I was very nervous about the procedure.
