My wife Adina and I were in for a routine check-up, and had an excellent experience, truly. We were slightly late through no fault of our own (a traffic problem), and the dentist, Chirali Patel, was amazing! So, friendly, and even though she had to stay over a bit she saw both of us gladly. Seriously, one of the best dental visits ever due to her friendliness and helpfulness. She even waved as she was leaving. Amazing, and Chirali is a real plus for your practice. Dentist and dental nurse/ assistant were incredibly friendly and thorough. Great with children, made us feel welcome and cared for. Reception staff less pleasant, we tried to call to say we would be slightly late but they didn't answer their phone on 3 occasions throughout the morning then were rude when we arrived.
