I get the impression that the practice is more interested in doing one unit NHS work and rather than undertake larger jobs for NHS patients, they either don't do any work or needlessly pull teeth.

I had called on Wednesday for urgent appointment, but I was asked to call back in next week on Monday morning. Which was disappointing. On Monday however I was able to book urgent appointment and got looked at quickly.
