The receptionist was rude and I have raised this directly with the hospital, she may have just been having a bad day, we all have them but she was abrupt and unwelcoming. Dismissing me with a hand and telling me she wasn't ready to see me. All of the other staff at the hospital were superb and made me feel at ease.

My only complaint is how cold the room was prior to the operation, this did not make for a comfortable experience finding a vein. Altho an extra blanket was provided on request.

A clean and comfortable hospital with supportive and attentive nurses. A lovely experience.

Very friendly and caring staff in all of the departments I needed to visit. Clear and kindly reception staff.

I have only the highest praise for all of the staff at Springfield Hospital. At all times they were completely professional while being friendly and supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble and care was always taken to fully explain what was happening. I have always felt completely relaxed whenever on site.

Consultation good, short wait. Now waiting for mri appointment, no contact at all even though I have left a message for call back so now left feeling disappointed.

Very good, friendly staff and didn't have to wait very long before seeing consultant.
