It was very hard going into hospital for an operation because of COVID and I felt very alone but that was nobodies fault

I received excellent care and treatment at every stage of my admission. Everything was dealt with efficiently and all of the staff were pleasant and reassuring throughout. This is an excellent hospital and I would highly recommend it.

I have had treatment previously at Spire Parkway & rate it this time as good as before. Staff are pretty good, helpful & you cannot have any complaints. The standard of food gets top marks & everything else as well

Solihull Spire Parkway Hopsital provided great customer service and is very efficient. The receptionists are very polite and welcoming and always very helpful when I needed to move an appointment due to other commitments.

A lovely little hospital to attend for outpatient appointments. Everyone was friendly and approachable.
