They new who I was, that I was seeing Mr Yoon and adopted the correct Covid19 practices.

Mr Yoom’s secretary and all the staff I came into contact with at the hospital couldn’t have been more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were also extremely professional

Great difficulty in getting through to the Pre-Assessment Dept. took 3 days and about 9 or 10 calls to finally speak to the right person. Often found myself being transferred around the various wards and departments. Everybody was most helpful and understanding but unable to get me transferred to the people in the "Pre- Assessment" Dept. I believe several internal e-mails were sent to the Dept. with a request to call me but no return call was ever made.

Efficient, friendly, competent, implementing Covid 19 limitations.
