I enjoyed my time in the hospital the staff were very good friendly and professional.

Mostly it has been a very good experience. My only negative point is the standard of the paperwork. I received letters which had obviously not been checked to see if the information there in was correct or appropriate before posting. The standard text is not suitable for the circumstances of all patients. For example letters stating that information would follow when I had already received said information. Letters of two sheets which if the unnecessary repeated headings had been deleted could have used just one sheet of paper. Such things matter. Spire will be partly judged by quality and accuracy of the information sent out. I was not favourably impressed.

Had to wait in reception with door open due to queue at reception. Was cold! Apart from that, was a good experience.

I found The Spire to be very calm environment with friendly helpful staff where nothing was too much trouble.

Always a cheerful and helpful reception, good that you can refer yourself, to Doctor of your choice.

Spire has very good systems to ensure one is confident and relaxed. The only hang up is a chronic shortage of parking.

All the staff were fantastic. Attentive. And nothing was too much trouble. I felt very looked after.

I have been so impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, everyone has been so helpful, as an impatient I have to say the food was exceptional 😊

I found Spire to be a very quick, efficient, very friendly and polite hospital. The service was always excellent and I was treated with kindness and respect. They paid attention to details and checked thoroughly at each visit. I felt looked after at every level. I was provided with information regarding all aspects of my care and continue to receive outpatient follow up with physio.
