Great staff from the moment I stepped over the door. The nurses were like friends and very attentive

Lovely staff and great experience. Only point to note is that it can be difficult to get through on the telephone.

Attended appt for MRI but the machine wasn't in operation - nobody contacted me either by text, phone or email. A complete waste of my time to drive up from Dunbar in rush hour! Then when I did get my MRI an appt was made for the following week with the consultant but again when I phoned on the day to confirm my appt- I didn't have one! Have just had a phone appt this morning rather than wait another 3weeks. Very poor

Hospital was very clean and welcoming, we were seen on time and were very well looked after.

Spire attempted to cancel appointment 2 hours before Already into 3 hour drive so pushed to keep appointment

I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional.

I got asked for urinal test, without mentioning that it would be considered above the covered fees of vitality, which i should cover. I did not get my results back and it is been now over a week.
