The staff at Murrayfield have been great and thank you to everyone for your help it's been much appreciated.

Rated highly on all the previous questions. However the internal communications were not good, for instance in spite of correcting my admission details several times the old form with the wrong details kept appearing. There was some confusion about my post-treatment warfarin monitoring between different people (but it worked OK in the end). Also I could never get corrected that my doctor was at Princes Street Thurso not Princes Street Dundee! So the handling of computer records needs looking at.

Too class, like a 5 star hotel, very pleasant staff

After being left for 45 minutes alone in my room with no explanation of what I was to do, the rest of my stay was excellent.

The hospital was clean and comfortable. The nurses were all very friendly and made sure my needs were being met.
