Great hospital. Polite and helpful staff. Very clean

Overall, I have had a great experience. The staff were incredible on the day of, and the day after my surgery. Everyone was so friendly. The catering staff were also brilliant. They always had a smile on their faces when offering a cup of coffee, or delivering food. I couldn’t have asked for better service and support. The only slight negative was some confusion over the cost of surgery and what it included. But this was clarified and corrected by Mr Popa’s secretary. I do feel that clear communication of what was included in the total cost would be helpful. Other than this, I couldn’t be any happier with my treatment and follow up support. Thank you!

Very clean and nicely managed facility

On arriving at Murrayfield I went to reception gave my name and was shown to the waiting area, I wasn’t seated for long and my name was called to see my Doctor.

Overall pleasant Staff on front desk not very welcoming ( can only comment on one member who I communicated with/attempted to communicate with)
