Very helpful staff

On my last visit there was a very long queue to be checked in with n explanation or apology.

Found the staff to be really friendly nothing was to much trouble

Calm atmosphere. Staff were all friendly and engaging.

I was checked in quickly and the reception staff were very helpful. Only waited a few minutes for my appointment and the waiting was clean and tidy.
