Staff were friendly. Punctual and good temperate in building

Staff were extremely friendly and professional under extremely difficult COVID related circumstances. My only reason for giving a four and not a five star for cleanliness was the condition of some of the chairs, (cloth covers, why not wipeable?)!Also carpet was slightly worn in places, when again, an easily cleaned surface may be preferable to trying to make area look less clinical.

Bit of a faff with getting in / out of the building with covid precautions. Second reception desk didn't check I knew where I had to wait. Otherwise ok.

I thought the lobby was comfortable. All the staff were friendly and professional.
