Lovely clean, all the staff wore smiles which made the surroundings comfortable.

Spire staff could not do enough for us during my daughter’s procedure and after care. The nurses on the childrens ward were worth their weight in gold. Fantastic care!

some waiting time in between appointments that would've been better - overall in the hospital for 3.5 hours. would've been nice if I had been directed to a place to g a drink of water during my visit

Overall I was happy with the experience. I contacted Neelu, PA to the consultant, several times with various issues before my appointment and she responded to me very quickly and answered all my queries which helped me tremendously.

Overall I was happy with the experience and was seen and had follow up tests quickly.

All the staff were amazing with both myself and my son! They made the experience so effortless and did not create any anxiety or fear for Jackson. I can’t thank you enough

Everything was fantastic. The only little thing I would comment on was having changed into the gown, I was left waiting in the corridor for something like 10 minutes worrying about the scan, should I go to the loo and sitting on my own. I would rather have been in the waiting room with my husband for those minutes, taken through to change and having changed, get taken straight in to the theatre room. It does not take 10 minutes to take off your top and put on a gown!
