The medical care I received at Little Aston Spire Hospital was excellent. I have little previous experience of in patient private hospital stays but felt that this hospital did not really meet my expectations. The food was ordinary, not really up to the standard of New Cross. The room I had (room 20) for the 4 nights (3+1) I stayed there was noisy. I thought the extra night which I paid for when the catheter was removed was very expensive.

I have had cause to use Spire Little Aston Hospital on many occasions both as an Outpatient and Inpatient. In all cases I have been extremely satisfied with the experience. The facilities are excellent and the hospital happens to be very close to where I live which is a bonus. The staff are very friendly, supportive and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hospital.

This is a top class Hospitable and my experience of it was well up to the standard I would expect from such an establishment . Access and parking is easy. All Staff were friendly, helpful at all times The Hospital also , reassuringly , was well organised to deal with the Covid 19 situation. All the protocols that I would expect relating to that were in place. Overall, a very good experience.
