In the present climate I don’t think the experience of all the necessary procedures are particularly pleasant. Especially the need to wear a mask during the consultation.

Comfortable room, clean with everything I could need. Really kind helpful staff who helped me do the simplest things after surgery. Amazing. Thank you.

After my operation, I was quite disappointed with the service of the physiotherapists. Before I was discharged, I didn't get much help from the physio, not even checking if the walking frame was at the right height for me. When I returned to have my pot off, I was referred to the physio for a boot fitting. She didn't actually read the card from the consultant regarding my operation and presumed I'd had a bunion operation rather than an ankle fusion. She actually admitted she hadn't fitted a boot before and didn't assist me considering I hadn't stood on my foot for six weeks. I appreciate distancing was in force at the time. I hope the physio will be an improvement when I have some post operation.
