Everyone at the hospital was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was treated with kindness and respect.

I have had three operations at the spire alexandra since 2019 two on my back and one on my shoulder my experience on each occasion has been 5 star top class many thanks to all of the staff for making me feel welcome and well looked after.

The doctor was informed it was a telephone appointment in error so I was 15 minutes late going into see him. Booking online was complicated, not being able to select my GP practice so this required a phone call the next day. Otherwise very happy with the visit.

The all staff at the hospital were very polite. The nurses and operating staff were very caring and I received excellent care during my day there.

Spire Alexandra couldn’t be more polite, friendly, helpful and available What a great place to be a patient at!!! Couldn’t fault them at all - from the reception staff who greet you, to the nurses who look after you on operation day! Amazing!!

The medical staff were all very professional and friendly. My only one area of slightly less impressed is that of the reception staff. Upon each visit a large group of staff are stood behind reception chatting about plans for the evening etc, leaving people waiting where not needed. Not a major issue but not a great first impression.
