Used Spire many times, never had an issue

Personal nurse administered eye drops every 15 minutes. The theatre staff were friendly and put me at ease. All staff I encountered were helpful.

A friendly team who always make you feel welcome!

Overall very efficient especially on arrival during the COVID period. A few hiccoughs from NHS side when I was given a face to face appointment with Mr Borowsky when a virtual consultation would have sufficed and then the opposite when Mr Borowsky and I agreed he needed to see me in person but a virtual appointment was made. On both occasions I had to get this corrected.
