I was very impressed by the friendliness of the whole team, from the first person to greet me at the clinic to all the the staff in the hospital. Nothing was too much trouble and each step of the process was very carefully described to me. Andrew Luff was great and I felt that he genuinely cared about each patient and nothing felt rushed. I would definitely recommend Sapphire Eye Care. Thank you.

Mr Luff is clearly at the top of his profession. He is a calm and easily understood individual who explains the issues in a clear and simple manner and relaxing manner during the procedure. Jane his back up technical lead is first class and very helpful.

I can honestly say it was amazing. Efficient, friendly and I was really put at my ease as I was extremely nervous.

Excellent from first touch to last. I felt well cared for and everything was explained in a straight forward manner giving complete confidence. Even though I was very nervous I felt comfortable with the expertise and care given from all staff. All questions, and I had a lot, were very well explained and I didn't find anything was too much trouble. My only negative comment would be that there was a very long wait for the procedure to be carried out on my second eye, this was because it was a full clinic that day.
