I had a really good experience. i feel so positive and hopeful and have learnt so much about myself. The staff have been amazing to me.

I found my experience to be overall very positive. I wish I had done it years ago. I found the group exercises and workshops very beneficial. I found the staff kind and supportive. The introductory email needs updating as inaccurate.

All counselling and therapy was amazing. However, general living conditions made the experience seem less value for money. Rules seemed confusing and not well communicated between different staff members, leaving me often feeling like a child with no mind of my own. Meal times often didn't have enough for the amount of people staying, and lack of options meant you got what you were given, which for the amount of money paid to be here seemed poor. Also I was informed there would be gym access and family visits and counselling for family every Sunday in person at the Lighthouse. These two factors are what lead me to choose this facility, however both of these things turned out to be untrue, which put a dampener on my entire stay.

Really supportive environment for recovery. Brilliant therapists with attentive and friendly support staff. A solid timetable focused on getting people better.

Overall it has been a positive experience due to the structures in place and my peers around me. The first time in many years I have a positive outlook and I am very hopeful that I will be able to succeed in the future.

Therapist and treatments were excellent. Support staff were caring and attentive as well as ensuring the environment was safe and welcoming. I would recommend this to a friend suffering from addition. Other clients became like a family and support structure beyond the organised treatments. They assisted with a safe detox and on going physical support as well as addressing the underlying causes and triggers. At times the rules were unclear or inconsistent. The chef was wonderful but some of the dishes e.g. toasties didn't seem value for money.

i loved it. the staff were always there for me and made me feel comfortable and the therpists were amazing!
