This is a very disorientating procedure but the team all worked hard to make me comfortable and relaxed, keeping me updated and aware of what to expect, at every stage.

The team here are so caring and professional which makes a very nerve-wracking prospect into a manageable experience. I never once doubted their expertise. I would like to thank Lloyda, Zohra, Mr Grover and the whole team for everything they did today to help me.

Friendly and supportive staff who were good humoured. Process clearly explained at each step of procedure. Check in at main reception upstairs was not welcoming and staff were abrupt.
